Author Guidelines
Please read and understand the author's guidelines for the preparation manuscript. The author who submits a manuscript to the editors should comply with the author's guidelines and template. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or uses a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The editorial team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements (downloadable at Template and Author Guidelines). This template is designed to assist the Author in preparing the manuscript; it is an exact representation of the format expected by the editor. To use this template, please just Save this MS Word file to your document, then copy and paste your document here. All papers submitted to the journal should be written in Indonesian language.
Lex Librum: Journal of Legal Sciences (Lexlibrum) is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year by the Faculty of Law Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum Sumpah Pemuda in June and December. Lexlibrum publishes original research articles or review articles.
The aim of this journal is to provide a venue for academic, researchers and practitioners to publish their original research articles or review articles. Lexlibrum is available in printed and online versions. Indonesian is the language used in this journal.
PAPER FORMAT
The word limit for the submission is 4000-8000 words (including footnotes and abstract). The sequence of manuscripts follows: Title; Abstract; Keywords; Introduction; Method (for original research articles); Main Heading Analysis; Conclusion; and bibliography (download the article template at the journal website).
Title:
The title of the articles is written with Times New Roman Bold (12 pt) and preferably not more than 14 words. Author(s) name, affiliations and e-mail.
Abstract:
The abstract should be clear, concise, and descriptive. This abstract should provide a brief introduction to the problem, and objective of the paper, followed by a statement regarding the method and a brief summary of the results. Font with Times New Roman (10 pt) and preferably not more than 250 words.
Keywords:
Keywords are arranged alphabetically and should have at least two keywords and a maximum of five keywords separated by a semicolon (;).
Introduction:
The introduction should be clear and provide the issue to be discussed in the manuscript. At the end of the paragraph, the author/s should end with a comment on the significance concerning the identification of the issue and the objective of the research.
Method:
The method is written in descriptive. This method is optional, only for original research articles.
Analysis and Discussion:
This section is the most important section of your article. Contains the results of the object of study and should be clear and concise.
Conclusion:
The conclusion contains a description that should answer the objectives of the research. Do not repeat the Abstract or simply describe the results of the research. Give a clear explanation regarding the possible application and/or suggestions related to the research findings.
References:
The reference is at the end of the manuscript. All publications cited should be included as a list of References, arranged alphabetically. Please use the reference manager with the Chicago Manual of Style 17th Edition (full note). Cite only items that you have read and written in footnotes. Please use Reference Manager Applications like EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero, etc. Use other published articles in the same journal as models. All publications cited in the text should be included in the References section and arranged alphabetically.
